Squad Ranks & Promotions
Ranks
Squad Ranks are primarily used to show seniority. These ranks are based upon how long you've been with the squad, your activity level, and your desire to lead or just hang out.
Promotions
Squad Members are promoted in two different ways.
- Time In grade
This basically means how long you've been with the squad. *Enlisted men are promoted on the schedule represented below. Officers are by promotion only.
- Promotion
Promotions can occur for a few different reasons. First, some Squad Positions have a minimum rank associated with it. If you accept a Squad Position you will automatically be promoted to that rank. Second is by appointment and will be made by your Commanding Officer.
